Welcome to Drixos. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Drixos ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Drixos acts solely as an "Intermediary" as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and adheres to the safe harbor provisions of 17 U.S.C. § 512 (DMCA).
By uploading any wallpaper or content ("Content") to Drixos, you warrant that you own the copyright or have explicit permission to use it.
Important: Indemnification Clause
"You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Drixos, its owners (The Walls), and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with the Content you upload."
We have a zero-tolerance policy for copyright infringement. We will terminate the accounts of "Repeat Infringers" in appropriate circumstances. If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, Delhi.
